CD38 and Miyoshi myopathy: In fact, ectoenzyme CD38 on MM EVs could generate an anergic immune system by converting nucleotides to adenosine, which is an immune-suppressor; in addition, CD38-positive EVs binding anti-CD38 mAb (Daratumumab) could be captured by FcR-positive cells such as NK, monocytes, and MDSCs [96,97].
