IL10 and inflammatory bowel disease: Moreover, we observed a correlation between an established marker of intestinal inflammation (CRP) and the principal coordinate 1 of the miRNA signature analysis in anti-TNFα treated IL10−/− mice (R2 = 0.5685, P = 0.0189, Fig. 4B), further suggesting that our miRNA signature can be a useful quantitative marker of therapeutic response in IBD.
