LRP1B and small cell lung carcinoma: The most frequently affected genes were LRP1B (48.9%), a putative tumour suppressor that displays frequent deletion or methylation in human cancer35, 36 and TTC28 (31.9%), whose recurrent chromosomal translocation was also seen in colorectal cancer, small-cell lung cancer and liver cancer28, 37, 38 (Fig. 4a).
