In this study, STAT3 is found to activate PL2L60-specific promoter, which is associated with increased expression of PL2L60 (Figure 4D, 4F & 4H) and, in turn, PL2L60 may stimulate STAT3 gene expression in tumor cells [1], suggesting that a feedback pathway of STAT3/PL2L60 for promoting tumorigenesis might exist. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and neoplasm.
