Furthermore, DCs loaded with chaetocin-treated dying myeloma cells most potently inhibited CD25+Foxp3+ T cells, increased the proportion of CD8+ T cells, induced Th1 polarization and generated the most potent myeloma-specific CTLs compared with DCs loaded with UVB-irradiated dying myeloma cells.
