In most studies that found significance (Table 2a), high levels of BAG-1 protein expression in invasive breast carcinoma positively correlate with improved patient survival outcomes or improved prognosis (Turner et al, 2001; Cutress et al, 2003; Yun et al, 2005; Lin et al, 2008; Nadler et al, 2008; Millar et al, 2009; Afentakis et al, 2013). This evidence concerns the gene BAG1 and invasive breast carcinoma.
