IL6 and mastitis: The expression levels of MIR146A were opposed to IL1B, IL6, and CXCL8. The elevated level of MIR181C may contribute to the reduction of CXCL8. Moreover, the elevation of MIR17 was found to be positively related to the elevated levels of TLR4. This finding may help understand the effects of quercetin either on miRNA or gene expression during inflammation, especially as a potentially applicable indicator in bovine mastitis.
