Indeed, we found a significant downregulation of KIF13A, β1-adaptin and cell-surface M6PR in OVA-specific CD8+ T cells on day 7 of infection, when Gzm-B level remains very high (Figure 6d) [9], as well as a significantly reduced T-cell contraction (day 15) (Figure 6e).
