In this study, we have utilized hepatocellular carcinoma cells (HepG2 cells) and P450-expressing adenoviruses to establish cells (named Ad-P450 cells) that mimic the activities of CYP1A2, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, and CYP3A4, which strongly contribute to human drug metabolism in human hepatocytes [10]. Here, CYP2B6 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
