Previous studies18–20, 24 reported that 4 wheat MYB genes, including TaPIMP1, TaMYB4, TaLHY, and TaRIM1, positively participate in infection of the soil-borne fungal pathogen B. sorokiniana, the biotrophic fungal pathogen Pst, and the necrotrophic pathogen R. cerealis, respectively.
