To elucidate the roles of CRHR1 and CRHR2 in MS-induced gut injury, we administered: i) Astressin, a non-specific CRHR antagonist of both CRHR1 and CRHR2, ii) Antalarmin, a CRHR1 antagonist, or iii) Astressin-2β, a CRHR2 antagonist prior to MS on each day from postnatal day 5 to 9 (Fig. 1D). The gene discussed is CRHR1; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
