Our patient received anti-TB drugs, including isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol, combined with cyclophosphamide, hydroxydaunorubicin, Oncovin (vincristine), etoposide, and prednisone (CHOEP) regimen every 3 weeks for six cycles as a standard chemotherapy for ALK+ ALCL.
