Regarding pathway assignments of at least 20 HRO tumours (Table A in S11 File), 10 top-ranked genes, of which 9 were lost in 3p, were linked with 7 to 45 pathways (n = 280) comprising RAF1 (45 PWs), RHOA (25 PWs), IPTR1 (22 PWs), CACNA1D (21), ITGA9 (8PWs), WNT7A (8 PWs) TLR9 (7PWS9, LAMB2 (7 PWs) and ARPC4 (6 PWs) (Table B in S11 File). The gene discussed is CACNA1D; the disease is neoplasm.
