Consistent with the above, we found that c-myc positive tumors were present in 50% of CD19 positive lymphomas with TP53 mutations; 54% of CD19 negative lymphomas, but only 21% in tumors with wild-type TP53 (p = 0.008, TP53 mutant lymphoma (combined CD19 negative and positive cases) versus wild-type TP53 cases). Here, TP53 is linked to lymphoma.
