Markedly, the proportion of patients with a high E6AP/low p27 expression pattern was greater in the TMA representing PC patients with the most elevated Gleason scores (46% of patients, TMA1, Figure 1A) than in the TMA representing cancers with lower Gleason score (26% of patients, TMA2, Figure 1B), suggesting that the high E6AP/low p27 correlation is stronger in late stages of the disease.
