We also developed an antibody that specifically recognizes O-GlcNAcylation of YAP at Thr241 (we named this antibody anti-O-T241-YAP) and used this antibody to directly evaluate O-GlcNAcylation of YAP at Thr241 in clinical liver cancer specimens and adjacent normal liver tissues.
