Currently, two active vaccines (AADvac1 [80, 81] and ACI-35 [79]) are being tested in clinical trials with AD patients, and two humanized versions of anti-tau antibodies have been reported to have advanced to clinical testing in subjects with progressive supranuclear palsy (NCT02494024, NCT02460094, NCT02658916).
