FGFR3 and neoplasm: Strikingly, tumor tissues expressing marked (moderate-to-strong) levels of both FGFR1 and FGFR3 were associated with significantly worse patient survival than tissues obtained from other cases, in terms of both overall mortality (p < 0.05, log-rank test, Fig. 2e) and recurrence-free survival (p < 0.05, log-rank test, Fig. 2f).
