We overexpressed or silenced CCDC106 to investigate its influence on lung cancer cell cycle regulators, including Cyclins A2, B1, D1, D2, D3, E1, E2, and H. Cyclin A2 and Cyclin B1 protein levels increased following CCDC106 overexpression, and decreased following CCDC106 knockdown (Figure 3A). Here, CCNA2 is linked to lung carcinoma.
