BMP2, one of isoforms of BMPs, had been shown to be overexpressed in several types of cancers including hepatocarcinoma [17, 18], non-small lung cancer [19-22], breast cancer [23-25], gastric [26-28], colon cancer [29, 30], bladder carcinoma [31], oral squamous carcinoma [32], prostate cancer[33], liposarcomas [34] and ovarian cancer [35]. Here, BMP2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
