Comparing the ΔCt value of ADAR1 with ADAR2, there was a 2.39-cycle decrease in ADAR1 and a 1.13-cycle decrease in ADAR2, indicating that ADAR1 increased 5.2 fold while ADAR2 increased only 2.18 fold during cervical cancer development (Supplementary Figure 1). Here, ADAR is linked to cervical carcinoma.
