Many of these genes, including those encoding bFGF, MAPK10, MAP3K5, IL1R2, E-cadherin, Ki67, Cyclin E1, beta-catenin, 14-3-3 protein T-cell (YWHAQ), integrin alpha-V (ITGAV), integrin alpha-10 (ITGA10), CDK6, PCNA, CDKN1A, and PAK3, are related to tumor metastasis and regulation of cell migration (Figure 4A) [15].
