This effect seems to be associated with the upregulation of NGFR, which has been described to be a tumor suppressor gene in several tumors (Dimaras and Gallie, 2008; Jin et al., 2007; Khwaja et al., 2004, 2006; Kuchler et al., 2011; Kuner and Hertel, 1998; Wang et al., 2014; Yang et al., 2015; Yuanlong et al., 2008), and consecutive activation of MAPK10 and p53. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK10 and neoplasm.
