The MALT1 deficiency is associated with bronchiectasis, mastoiditis, chronic aphthous ulcers, gastritis, gingivitis, duodenitis and meningitis while the BCL10 PID is associated with hypogammaglobulinemia, gastroenteritis, otitis, respiratory tract infection and several viral infections [68]. Here, MALT1 is linked to agammaglobulinemia.
