To explore whether Srx promotes the migration and invasion of cervical cancer cells via Wnt/β-catenin signaling, Srx was silenced in HeLa and SiHa cell lines by lentiviruses containing Srx shRNA, and overexpressed in C33A cell lines by lentiviruses containing Srx-LV. The gene discussed is SRXN1; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
