Associations between L55M or Q192R polymorphisms, well-established prognostic parameters of BC, and the following clinicopathological characteristics were examined: age, menopausal status, BMI classification, lymph node status, American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) stage, first-degree family history of breast cancer, pregnancy status, tobacco and alcohol consumption, case stage, and estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PgR) status. This evidence concerns the gene ESR1 and breast carcinoma.
