CCL2 and autosomal dominant cerebellar ataxia: Correlation analyses between CSF cytokines and clinical parameters in MSA-C revealed that only MCP-1 (CCL2) levels showed a significant negative correlation with disease duration (R = −0.57, p = 0.0088) (Fig. 3), although there was no significant difference in MCP-1 levels between MSA-C patients and those with either OND or SCA (Fig. 1f).
