In conclusion, our findings demonstrate for the first time that both MCM7 and miRNAs within the miR-106b~25 cluster (miR-25-3p, miR-93-3p, miR-93-5p and miR-106b-5p) are co-expressed in pituitary tumors and are associated with their invasive character as well as unfavorable outcome after resection. This evidence concerns the gene MCM7 and pituitary tumor.
