TP53 and breast cancer: TP53 mutations are found at very high frequency (80%) in human basal breast cancer, but they are also seen in a significant fraction of human luminal A (12%) and luminal B (29%) tumors, so the presence of Tp53 mutations in 5 of the 11 models that were classified as either luminal A or B is at higher incidence than seen in the human counterparts, but not entirely implausible.
