In comparison with control larvae, in which neurons expressed tdT (“HuC:tdT”), larvae with neurons expressing miR-132-S exhibited severe intracranial hemorrhage (Figure 3B and 3C; P < 0.01) and increased DAPI leakage (Figure 3D and 3E; P < 0.05) and reduced Cdh5 expression (Figure 3F; P < 0.05).
