We performed this analysis by initially including into (i) the current, well-established prognostic biomarkers used in breast cancer, i.e., age (patients below or above the 50 year threshold) and pathological parameters, including T status (1,2,3), nodal status (0–3), grade (1,2,3), as well as (ii) HER-2 status (positive or negative), hormone receptor (Estrogen and/or Progesterone) status (positive or negative) and (iii) our immune signatures (FCIS, rest, UCIS, as suggested by the Log-rank survival analyses). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast cancer.
