DHX9 suppression resulted in a ~1.5-fold increase in cell death in p53−/−Eμ- Myc lymphomas, compared to a ~3-fold increase in TSC2+/−Eμ-Myc lymphomas (Figure 2A); this difference in the extent of cell death induced is consistent with the slower kinetics of depletion exhibited by the p53−/−Eμ-Myc lymphomas in the competition assay (Figure 1A).
