Because hypermethylation of CpG sites at the CAMP-F2 fragment in human CAMP promoter could be detected in these oral epithelial cancer cells, TR146, HSC-3 and HSC-4 cells (Figure 2), we suggested that the transcription factors binding to these CpG sites at CAMP-F2 in human CAMP promoter might involve into the transcriptional regulation process in cancer progression for OSCC.
