Consistent with this 3-year OS, FOXM1 expression was associated with worse 5-year OS of gastric cancer (OR = 3.98, 95% CI = 1.74 to 9.12, P = 0.001), hepatic cancer (OR = 3.32, 95% CI = 2.22 to 4.95, P < 0.00001), lung cancer (OR = 8.27, 95% CI = 4.86 to 14.05, P < 0.00001) and ovarian cancer (OR = 3.33, 95% CI = 1.80 to 6.15, P = 0.0001) (Figure 5).
