In the stratified analysis by tumor types, FOXM1 expression was associated with worse 3-year OS of colorectal cancer (OR = 2.56, 95% CI = 1.40 to 4.69, P = 0.002), gastric cancer (OR = 2.85, 95% CI = 1.36 to 5.99, P = 0.006), hepatic cancer (OR = 5.04, 95% CI = 3.17 to 8.02, P < 0.00001), lung cancer (OR = 5.51, 95% CI = 2.98 to 10.19, P < 0.00001) and ovarian cancer (OR = 2.34, 95% CI = 1.30 to 4.20, P = 0.005) (Figure 4).
