The exported data showed that several critical pathways involved in cancer development and apoptosis such as “induction of apoptosis by HIV1”, “p53 signaling” and “PPAR signaling” were activated while pathways involved in DNA repairing and oncogenic function such as “ATM signaling” and “colorectal cancer Metastasis signaling” were inhibited by TRIP13 knockdown (Figure 3A and 3B). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is colorectal cancer.
