As shown in Figure 2B, mice immunized with chimeric BAFF–E7 exhibited obvious inhibition of tumor growth on day 16 (P < 0.005, BAFF–E7 versus all other groups), and showed prolonged survival compared to those vaccinated with BAFF, E7, or pcDNA3.1 (Figure 2C; P < 0.005, BAFF–E7 versus all other groups).
