In addition to previous studies that reported CDCA2 upregulation in neuroblastoma [9] and oral squamous cell carcinoma [10], we present the first evidence that CDCA2 upregulation widely occurs in LAC and positively correlates with worse differentiation, greater tumor size and advanced TNM stage in both mRNA and protein levels. This evidence concerns the gene CDCA2 and oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma.
