Notably, 4 of the glucose metabolism-related genes, GPI, G6PD, PKM2, and GAPDH and 5 of the cell cycle-related genes, ANLN, PTTG1, CIT, KPNA2, and CDC25A, were significantly down-regulated in EGFR m+ adenocarcinomas, and showed a substantial correlation with SUVmax (Fig 4).
