Aberrant, high KPNA2 expression has been observed in many cancer types, including breast cancer [16–18], melanoma [19], cervical cancer [20], esophageal cancer [21], lung cancer [22], ovarian cancer [23], prostate cancer [24], bladder cancer [25], brain cancer [26] and liver cancer [13–15]. Here, KPNA2 is linked to cervical carcinoma.
