CCK-8 assay showed that suppression of mTOR led to greater sensitivity to cisplatin in GBC-SD and RBE cell lines, but the sensitivity of cholangiocarcinoma cells with mTOR knockdown to cisplatin was not changed when treated with miR-199a-3p mimics or inhibitor (Figure 5A–5B) (***P < 0.001).
