Consistent with effects on cell death, combined exposure of GC-DLBCL cells (SUDHL4), double-hit DLBCL cells (OCI-Ly18), and ABC-DLBCL cells (U2932) resulted in enhanced cleavage of PARP and caspase-3, accompanied by an increase in DNA damage, reflected by increased accumulation of γH2A.X (Figure 4A).
