An AUC of 0.88 (95% CI, 0.85-0.91), with pooled SEN of 0.81 (95% CI, 0.75-0.86) and SPE of 0.86 (95% CI, 0.73-0.93) showed that UCA1 in voided urine sediment may be a promising biomarker to discriminate bladder cancer patients from normal bladder.
