PARP10 and breast neoplasm: APC activity is correlated with its phosphorylation state, activates the GEF activity of SPATA13 and ARHGEF4, plays a role in hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)-induced cell migration, etc. We also identified genes which do not belong to any of the cancer gene benchmarks, such as CRIPAK, INTS4, PARP10, etc. It has been suggested that the loss of CRIPAK in breast tumors might contribute to hormonal independence.
