In addition, we also tested the role of B7-H6 in a wound healing assay, and as shown in Figure 3B, we observed that in both U87 and U251 cell lines, the cell-free area of the LV-B7-H6-shRNA group was significantly wider than that of LV-NC group, after 24 hrs (P<0.05, Figure 3C), suggesting that B7-H6 expression was also involved in the regulation of the migration ability of glioma cells.
