To determine whether EZH2 binding enrichment occurs in prostate cancer specifically, we compared the significant CpGs differentially methylated between prostate cancer and benign-adjacent tissue (FDR p-value cutoff of <0.05) with previously published EZH2 binding events from androgen-dependent (AD) and androgen-independent (AI) cell line models [31].
