The miR‐495 mimic had little effect on the drug resistance of the tumours when applied with the 3′‐UTR‐lacking MDR1 mRNA plasmids, that is, the injection of 3′‐UTR‐lacking MDR1 mRNA plasmids resulted in higher MDR1 expression in the tumours, which led to increased tumour growth during taxol‐doxorubicin chemotherapy even when the miR‐495 mimic was also injected (Fig. 7F and G).
