To investigate whether miR-106b inhibitors increased the anti-tumor effect of TRAIL in vivo, we established the in vivo model of HCC by using lentivirus transfected HepG2 cells (LT-control transfected HepG2 or LT-anti-miR-106b transfected HepG2). Here, TNFSF10 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
