NK cell activation, as assessed by the frequency of CD3−CD56+CD107a+ NK cells, by RTX and OBZ correlated significantly with that in samples incubated without mAbs, with r2 = 0.89, P < 0.05 and r2 = 0.78, P < 0.05, respectively, in RA (Fig. 3C) and r2 = 0.52, P < 0.05 and r2 = 0.36, P < 0.05, respectively, in SLE (Fig. 3D).
