These are generated to bind CD16 on NK cells and one or two tumor antigens such as CD19 and CD20 (B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma) (114), CD33 or CD33 and CD123 (AML) (115), CD30 (Hodgkin’s lymphoma) (116), EGFR or EpCAM (EGFR/EpCAM overexpressing carcinomas) (117, 118), and many others. The gene discussed is CD33; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
