LIN28B and familial pancreatic carcinoma: LIN28B has been identified to be overexpressed in a wide range of solid tumors and hematological malignancies, such as pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor, neuroblastoma, oral cancer, et al. [32–38] It might suggest that LIN28B could be a therapeutic target in sarcoma.
